This is the most unscrupulous group of thieves in bankcard today -- they have grossly overbilled hundreds, if not thousands of mercants -- they do not respond -- the do not resolve -- they really don't know what they are doing --
They are a bunch of hacks that bought an existing company, and think that because they have "bought" these accounts, it gives them a license to steal --
If you are processing through them -- look for the .05 per transaction they have added as an "interchange cost" -- when if fact, no such interchange expense exists --
They lie/cheat/steal. . . . .

This is in response to the report posted Thursday, January 14th 2010, concerning Capital Merchant Solutions, Inc.
Unfortunately the statement provided does not accurately reflect the situation or the attitude of our company and staff. Despite our best efforts (including issuing a refund, waving fees, and providing several hours of phone support), we've regrettably been unable to reach an amicable resolution with this particular client. We have taken appropriate steps to ensure such misunderstandings do not happen again.
