Matt, Thank you for your reply. It is great that there are people in the finance world reading these. Please understand that I deeply regret doing this but at the time it seemed like a viable option. To make it worse Keth WAS a friend so I had no reason not to believe him. I know better now and am making it a personal mission to let everyone know about this scheme. There are hundreds if not thousands of people across the country who have fallen prey to this company. If you know of anyone else that has been scammed by Capital Resource Group or any of the names mentioned above please encourage them to file complaints with their State Attorney General along with the Washington State Attorney General, BBB's in both states, the FTC which has a file on this company, the US Department of Justice and the FBI Fraud division. Thanks,
Matt

i am in the finance world and have heard story after story about these types of companies and what always strikes me is odd is that people actually fall for it. if there was really a program that would allow you to file for arbitration to get out of your bills don't you think everyone would be doing it? you know the old saying "if it is too good to hbe true..." i wonder did you try to get one of these "arbitration" awards against your mortgage company? or the lein holder on your auto loan? of course not! you sound like an intelligent person and i am sure that you knew this was "shady" at best from the get go. now a possible soultion, if you are able to get a lump sum and your accounts are in collections you can negotiate a lump sum settlement and pay less than what you owe. you need to make sure that you play the "victim' role when you are talking to ehm because banks are gettinhg tired of this type of scam, which in reality is a rip off itself. Good luck and remeber that your credit cards and retail accounts are CONTRACTS and will never just go away.
