Capital Restoration Capital Restoration scammed us into using them for roof job! Conyers, Georgia
First, we were contacted via phone by a representative from Capital Restoration. We agreed to have someone meet us to view our roof for storm damage. Angela Watt met us at our home for an inspection. We agreed to meet Ms. Watt with our ins. adjuster, but no estimates were given by Capital Restoration or our insurance co. In other words, no dollar amounts were agreed upon. After not hearing from them for2 weeks, we were surprised to receive a call from Melissa Cason, not Angela Watt, that repairmen wereremoving ourroof. I inquired about Angela and was told she no longer worked with the co b/c of some shaddy deals she made with past customers.
Not only were we scammed into using them, but the roof leaked three times. They repaired the roof but we dealt with yet another individual, Maurice Hill, during that process.
Now the phone is disconnected and they are not answering emails.
We found out too late about this company. All Homeowners, BEWARE!!!

We agreed to replace the roof for the insurance proceeds paid by the insurance company. That is exactly what we did. We are sorry that they experienced a leak. We repaired the leak and fixed the problem. We are not sure how we could be accused of ripping someone off. We did what we said we would do and have stood by our warranty.
