Capital Roofing Mark Collins, Mark Collins inc bad business, harrassment, blackmail, telephone harrassing, will go to any lengths Charlotte, North Carolina
Capitol Roofing and owner Mark Collins is a bully.
Mark Collins uses threating and harrassing tactics to attempt to get his way!! I was involved in a business transaction with Mark in which he breached our contract. Due to this breach of contract Mark Collins cost me money. I atempted to settle matters civally with Mark but was met with blackmail, threats, harrassment, and telephone harrassment.
Mark sent emails and text of blackmail threating to ruin my company's name if I did not comply with his demands. When this did not work he engaged in telephone harrassment calling my cell phone nonstop from 5:26 PM till 1:33 AM and then resuming calls again the next day at 6:16 am and has not stopped.
I sent Mark a Cease and Desist Order to stop all harrassment, but Mark was not phased by my legal attempt to end this matter. Mark continued to sent threating emails, text messages, and voicemails. I was then forced to purchase a service to "block calls" from my provider. I began blocking numbers but Mark Collins kept finding new numbers to call from. With all of my attempts to end this phycotic behavior being ignored I finally filled a police report with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police department.
Mark Collins the Owner of capital Roofing, he is a roofing contractor who has access to peoples home addresses' and phone numbers. I hope this report will make all consumers aware of this mans crazy behavior. I would not trust this company with any of my personal information due to the fact that the owner is a phyco. If for any reason you employ this company and there is a dispute, beware it will not be handeled in a civalized mannor. You will be met with threats and harrassment.
I have worked with many Roofers around the United states for many years. All of whom were member of the BBB. I have never in my life met an Owner of a company who is so childish in resolving their business matters.

Ruben Delgado of Marketing Masters Elite took $875 and did not perform

Ruben Delgado of Marketing Masters Elite took $875 by paypal and promised to deliver 25 telemarketing leads. He was unable to provide the leads and on July 6th sent me an email stating that he would send me a refund. He still has not yet sent the refund. I have attempted to contact him multiple times and he will not respond.
Today, he wrote a letter to me saying that I am in breach of contract. I have asked him to provide any contract that I am in breach of. Ruben Delgado is a scam artist. He will take money from you and not provide services. I have documentation in the form of emails to show that he said he would issue me a refund. I also have paid invoices.
I would like for Ruben Delgado to provide any documentation that shows that he does not owe me the refund.
I have filed formal complaints against Marketing Masters Elite with the BBB, Attorney General of Texas, Paypal, and Ripoffreport.
Ruben Delgado posted this in response to my complaints.
His company took $875 from me, did not deliver, and than promised a refund. After they didn't refund my money, he later changed his mind and said I breached the contract.
I will be more than happy to upload all of our email correspondence so people can publicly see how he has blatantly stolen money from me.
