CAPITOL FIRST ripoff consumer fraud ripoff MIAMI FLORIDA
Capital First has made illegal withdrawls from my bank account..as a result my account was overdrawn.
I am a single mother and live paycheck to paycheck. I had to borrow money to cover what they have done to me.
I called after recieving my package. I had a bad feeling about the whole thing and demanded that I have my membership cancelled.
Miguel #105 (all the information he would give me.) Refused to let me speak with a supervisor or manger and talked over me when I again demanded my bank account NOT be touched. He finally told me my membership was cancelled. I did not believe him and told him so.
The following day in checking my bank account I had found that and additional $59.95 and 99.95 had been automatically been taken from my account.
I called my bank and they agreed to do a three way call with Capitol First. I was to remain silent on my end.
Antionne #199 refused to do a three way call with my bank and would only talk to me. My bank agreed before they hung up that all sounded fishy.
Antionne #199 was rude and abusive. He told me that I had given THEM false information that I did not have sufficient funds in my account. He also refused to let me talk to a supervisor or manager.
Please do not let this happen to other hard working people !!!
