Hi Rae, You hit the nail on the head, when describing what this company is all about. One day they'll state they record all sales calls to make sure their sales reps are handling the calls properly. But when you ask them to pull your call, to prove that you've been harassed and lied to, all of a sudden they don't record calls at all, or cannot find that particular call. They will say anything NOT to take responsibility for any of the problems they've caused. And as you stated, they will blame the client. This is part of their M/O. You are 100% correct, they promise ANYTHING to get the business. As soon as payment is received, that is when service comes to a complete halt. The client can no longer reach them, when they need help. This is NOT how a professional and/or legitimate company handles their customer service. Customer service is just that, being there whenever your customers need you. And yes, they'll even state to some potential clients, that they (Captures.com/Visible.net) will do all the work, and the client doesn't need to do anything, except the part about adding the products, which is not at all the problem. We don't mind doing the work, it's the part about being told THEY will do all the work, to get our sites in the top rankings on the search engines, then all of a sudden once they get paid for the job, now say it's all the clients responsibility. And they DO blame the client, as you said, as the reason the site is not doing well. They stop returning calls or e-mails, once they've received as much money as they possibly can for any of their sites or marketing services, and then are never available when the client needs them. Captures.com, now Calling themselves Visible.net must be stopped. And they will be. The number of Better Business Bureau and Attorney General Reports, continues to climb each and every month. And every person has complained about almost the same scenario, so basically, they are repeat offenders. And this WILL without a doubt catch up to them. My suggestion would be to definitely submit your complaint to the Washington State Attorney Generals office. All these reports, showing this repeat offense, of them taking money from consumers and not providing the services they promise, is a huge red flad to the AGs office. Captures.com/Visible.net should enjoy this charade while they are able to get away with it, because it will soon be coming to an end. They are being found out for the fraud they commit, and someday very soon, will understand what they've put us all through. Thanks for sharing your story on Ripoffreport.
