Car Buyers Etcetera, Inc. Oliver Edward Gabriel Very Fast Talker, Scam Artist, Well Spoken, Conn Man, Very Convincing, Strongly Unremorseful Houston, Texas
I trusted a man name Oliver Edward Gabriel that claims he works for car buyers, he spoke very fast and never let you get not one word in. He over talk you so there are no room for questions. His duty was to do all thefoot work for me in buying an SUV, within 3 days. Oliver did not want me to pay on line like a real business require, he told me to put the money in his account at First Convience Bank. Like a crazy person I deposit $460.00 cash into his account. Oliver told me prior our first conversation that the money was full refundable if he did not get the job done or if i wasnt happy with the service. He also told me if I end up with a vehichle that $425.00 of the proceed goes towards the purchase price of my vehicle. I was told the only thing I would loose is the $35 application fee. Now, Oliver is claiming he never told me any of this on top of it all I have a hand type reciept from his email, not Car buyers website. I paid him April 8th and here it is April 19th no vehicle, no refund. On top of that I referred him to my friends and he did the exact same thing to them, they didnt recieve a reciept from Oliver, he kept pushing them off until he finally stop taking calls and answering texts. Oliver is the worst person you ever want to meet, he called me everyday after he stole my money with lie after lie. He would say oh, they are washing up your car getting ready to deliver it. Then he would say oh, they wont let me take the caroff the lot this late, or he is in a meeting all day, just a lie after another. After talking with him for a week he started to sound like a recorder, i mean it was crazy, im asking a question he over talks you loud and never answer the question. He repeats hisself over and over and not saying anything pertaining to what he is suppose to be doing. He never done the job and I ask for a refund and he turn into another person, saying no refunds and read the manuel, Beware of this man he needs to be stopped. Please help me
