Marathon Insurance Company - Mepco Insurance Premium Financing - The Trident Group Finance And Loan - Car Care Waranty - John Common - Kevin Crump Withdrew 18 payments in excess of those authorized. When contacted, they agreed this had been done and would refund overpayment. Hasn't arrived yet. Ripoff Phoenix - Scottsdale Arizona
Withdrew 18 payments in excess of those authorized. When contacted, they agreed this had been done and would refund overpayment. Hasn't arrived yet. We realized this was a bogus company so purchased a waranty from another company. They owe us the overpayment plus all premiums payed. In excesss of $4,000.00. Will work with any way to recover my money including the pursuit of criminal charges.
How much time have you got? I have contacted evey department in NM in an attempt to get this resolved, and this business and John Common and Kevin Crump, and all the finance groups involved with them in the past. Guess what? No help.
Somehow I stumbled on this site today and relating the happenings has reopened all the stress and determination to get my money back, despite attorneys saying it would cost me more to get my money back than I am owed.
I stated to the latest, "In other words, if one doesn't have enough money, one will never win." She said, "Unfortunately, that is the way it is."
I have been discussing the reimbursement of just the illegally withdrawn amounts from the bank. Wells Fargo Bank. And guess what? Answer? NO!
Is there a chance we could all file a Class Action Suit? Has anyone approached this possibility. Also has anyone obtained an Attorney so far?
I have even appealed to the Seniors Legal Referral Dept. to take in consideration that this could be nationwide (and I find, now, that it is, thanks to all your reports filed) Am awaiting word from this organization to see if they can find an Attorney here in NM ( I am informed that I need to work fron New Mexico, as that is where I live)
Please write me at my e-mail address. I want them stopped. And, as someone put it: John Common is slick. Yes, he is a real pro. Makes me sick to think they have gotten away with this and I have promised the Law Enforcers of NM and AZ that I will testify if and when IF I am still alive when it finally happens.
I have negotiated with said parties and have gotten no where, except promises to repay me, the check is in the mail etc., etc.
Incidently I have also contacted the Atty General of AZ and NM as my last resort. At present The District Atty's office of NM is determining if it is a Criminal or Civil Case. Guess that matters. They are criminals, that is for sure with no morals, and feeling pretty big and smart at this time. And....I guess they are getting away with all this for so long. My case started in '04 continuing into '06.
I know we are "small fish", but together couldn't we do it? After all it is well over state lines including many states. Isn't that Federal Investigation?????
