Car Hop ripoff sold me a lemon with no heat and massive problems Burnsville Minnesota
I purchaced a 98 Chevy Lumina from Car-Hop, I dont have the greatest credit in the world so i saw this as an opportunity. The car was a pretty good runner while it was still warm outside but once that it got cold I found out I had no heat. I made numerous repairs to the vehicle and still had no heat. Car Hop finally serviced the car because i spoke with managers and put "heat" on them. I got my car back and it was warm but days later no heat again. My dome light will not turn off and never has.. and i have approx. 37 burn holes in random places inside the car. I know i got ripped off with the price of over $9,000 and now the car will not even run. I paid for a diagnostic to be done.. and faxed the information to them. The assistant manager at the Burnsville location basically told me that him and the service manager had a nice laugh at the report. Why? i ask. I dont think it's funny. They need to come and get their LEMON!!
My altinator is out and they want me to tow the car an hour so they can put a used one in.. it makes no sense, Thats not fixing my heat! Buyers Beware.. dont make the HUGE mistake that I made.
