i was so excited, to be getting a  car..i live where there is no public transportation, and my own car had just gave out on me...i purchsed my car on a saturday feb 2 1013....by monday 2/4/2013..the abs light on was...i immediately called my sales person, who did not know anything he could tell me..then i called warranty...who advised me to call there auto repair and that i only had to the 12th to get it in there..the dealer could not see me to the 14th, and wanted nme to leave the car overnight...which i cannot do, because i have no other means of transportation...i just think its a shame to take advantage of desperate people...you are already over charging..atleast give the people something reliable

Hello. I am a former employee of carhop and want to set the record straight. Even though I worked in back I know exactly who this customer is becuase we have bent over backwards to help her. we sold her a vehicle that was front to back inspected and completely passed all safety checks. Still when she called literally screaching at us three days after she purchased it that something was wrong we WAIVED the 75.00 deductable and sent the vehicle back to the shop. The shop said a new transmission would eventually be needed and we replaced the transmission at no expense to the customer. Customer then proceeded to continue calling us because her blinker didn't work. this is not a warrantied item and we STILL fixed it. Customer was already behind on her payments at this time.  Even after we replaced her transmission at no cost to her she claimed it was faulty. This is one of those customers who will whine and complain no matter what a company does.

Get real. You come to a place like us because you have messed up your credit, this customer's credit was very poor. Her income was minimal she had under 200 down and we still got her into a very nice vehicle. The finance company did not want to approve her but the sales staff worked hard and got her approved. You buy a used vehicle eventually something is going to go wrong with it. That's why we have a warranty. And to my knowledge this customer STILL is not making her payments. Grow up, stop whining and be grateful you are in a vehicle at all. YOU got yourself into the situation and Carhop's program will help you GET OUT of the situation you are in. Of course that's only if you make your payments.

One last piece of advice. If you're an adult act like it. Don't call us up whining and bitching about something going wrong.It's your fault you have shitty credit and don't make enough money to get a new vehicle. Put your big girl undies on talk to us like a lady instead of having a tantrum and you will get alot farther. They help everybody they can, some people just will never be satisfied.

 I am a former employee of Carhop. And I need to say some of the customers need to WAKE UP. You have a 320 credit score, repo's bankruptcys 15000 in debt, and you want a 2013 vehicle with no issues? Get real. Carhop has a phenomenal program for people who can't get approved elsewhere. ALL OF THE VEHICLES are safety inspected front to back and any safety issues replaced. ABS light coming on does not always mean there is a problem. We have had several vehicles come in where the check engine light is on and there is no engine problem (according to our professional shops we work with such as Pomps Auto aces etc) You are buying a USED car with a warranty on the ENGINE TRANSMISSION AND DRIVE TRAIN- your head gasket goes and we cover it, your tranny goes and we cover it-so who gives a crap if a light comes on? If there was a safety issue we would cover it. Don't sit there and insult the company that is trying to help you rebuild your credit so that in a few years you aren't in the same situation.
