Carden Family Auction Carden Family Auctions Service Sold Fraudent items, mainly jewellery and precious stones that were FAKE! New York New York
I purchased two trays of allotted jewellery, described as Silver all one way with genuine diamonds and precious stones. I fell seriously ill and diagnosed with a rare disease, when I came out of the hospital I decided to list the items up for sale. Except when I inspected the items further all the diamonds were fake and so too was every single stone that they claimed were genuine. I contacted them to report this and was met with a bunch of emails that were all spelt incorrectly and wrote as if it was to a friend in short hand such as; "deff" (definitely) and "u" (you) So they clearly have a very poor quality of customer service. Possibly uneducated?! Anyway regardless of the terribly poorly written emails, they point blank refused to give me a refund, even though I have all the items that is a clear case of fraud... They "Josh" stated that their policies do not allow a refund. I advised them to consult their legal team as fraud is not a civil case it is a criminal investigation. No policy over rules the Law of the Land. Unfortunately they didn't seem intelligence to understand this. Myself and my uncle who is a barrister are now putting a criminal case together for fraud. I can see the auction house becoming a little light in the pocket after this is done, as we are in the UK. A refund would of been so much easier for them! They will bad mouth me after this and that's because they are nothing but lying, bullying, scam artists. I have also spoken to several other people on forum's who have had similar experiences. Be advised and be warned....
