Cardinal Fitness Cardinal Fitness Frankfort, IL I cancelled my membership and they sent tme to collections over $20 Frankfort, Illinois
This place SUCKS! Got a $20/month
membership and quickly learned how much Cardinal Fitness doesn't offer.
So after not using the membership for a few months my fiance and I
cancelled.
On July 22nd and 4 times since then I called this
location to speak to a manager or have one call be back to find out why a
collection company is calling me to about a $20 past due balance.
Finally
I spoke with Johnathan the manager today the 8th of Aug and he said
they can't find a record of my cancellation so I need to come in and pay
$40 and then I can cancel and then they will bill me for one more
month.
Johnathan who refuses to give his last name or initial
also said sorry but we switched to this ABC collection company and have
been having a bunch of problems.
I plan on contacting an attorney
regarding the harassing phone calls and collection activity. My advise
is sign up if your gonna do this for life cause they seem to loose the
cancellation paperwork easy.
