The other payment option was a monthly plan, making it perfectly clear that this one month membership would expire after one month. Next thing I know I look at my credit card statement and they've been charging me for 4 months! If you do some research they mention in a few places that this is a common error people make, i.e. they totally acknowledge how sneaky it is! I sent them a message that I demand a refund. I already know I won't be able to get it based on a few other people's similar experiences with care.com. That is sneaky, misleading business. does not appear

I signed up specifically for their 1 month membership. It was clear by its name that it was for one month only - only now do I see that there was a tiny star, and under it in small light grey print it says that the subcription renews automatically. The other payment option was a monthly plan, making it perfectly clear that this one month membership would expire after one month.
