CSI has also ripped off me and my husband. At first, when I requested a refund, for the same reasons mentioned in this person's complaint, I was referred to Valerie. I thought it was curious to have an attorney as the customer service representative -- she is not there to provide service, rather to litigate and intimidate CSI victims.
I see now how this is reflective of the firm's business model. Their telemarketers and web page promise a completely different product than is delivered, then when someone complains, CSI's attorney-customer service representative references small print on some obscure document. My short complaint requesting a reasonable refund was answered with a 14-page single spaced legalistic document filled with twists and lies. One must assume that this firm is more about obfuscating and badgering its victims than helping people find jobs. You can see this by their stock response to Ripoff Reports. They have so many complaints that their response is nearly a form letter, saying it's impossible to please everyone?
As you can see here, CSI personally ridicules clients expressing dissatisfaction. They bully stressed, unemployed, broke and defrauded customers who in good faith contracted at great cost for services CSI does not deliver or intend to deliver! This firm should not be allowed to victimize people like this.
However, with tools like Ripoff Report, Linked In, BBB and the FL Attorney General's web sites, we can spread the word and help others avoid this company. When I posted my dissatisfaction to my Linked In groups, I received many responses from others who had been similarly defrauded by this firm. One respondent suggested that I post a complaint on Ripoff Report. He said CSI had so many complaints here that they are on the Colorado Attorney General's radar.
Please save yourself and others from this predatory firm. With information, good business practices will triumph. I urge anyone with a complaint against this firm to also register that complaint with the FL Attorney General (http://www.800helpfla.com/complnt.html - phone 1-800-HELP-FLA, 800-435-7352) and the BBB (www.centralflorida.bbb.org - phone:407-621-3300) and to post it on LinkedIn. Don't let Valerie intimidate you! ALSO, anyone getting a telemarketing call from Emily Entress will do themselves a BIG favor to just hang up! Don't let her start on how much she likes you and wants to help you!

There are two sides to every story. Before we tell ours, we think the public should know that RipOff Report does not verify the accuracy of reports filed on their website and cites the First Amendment and the Communications Decency Act to avoid responsibility for the truth or falsity of these reports. We caution users to beware that many good businesses are unfairly slandered and maligned by people who file reports; there is no accountability since reports are posted anonymously. RipOff Report also refuses to remove or change reports, even at the request of the person who made the report. As with any other service-based company, it is nearly impossible to satisfy everyone. CS International has assisted thousands of successful clients and can provide testimonials upon request. We identified this complainant as someone who negotiated and obtained a refund and signed a Dispute Settlement Agreement with our company that contains a non-disparagement clause. This man knew he was in violation of the agreement when he signed it. For the record, the refund offered this client was in alignment with our refund policy as set forth in both the Program Outline e-mailed to him upon his registration for our services and the User Agreement available on every page of his client portal on our website. This person's contentions regarding our relationships with professional associations are totally misrepresented. We invite anyone to contact the professional associations listed on our website to clarify our standing with them. Our company has written resumes for many clients in high technology. This client's professional portfolio of documents was created in accordance with technical terminology, statements, and information he provided. Were it not for confidentiality issues, we could easily rebut his contentions. However, as an illustration of this man's unreasonableness, our tracking system shows that this client first accessed the initial drafts of his resume on November 29th at 11:13 p.m., and RipOff Report indicates that he filed his report less than 24 hours later on November 30th at 6:05 p.m. As regards the list of companies we provided, high-tech companies are not the only entities that employ technology professionals. This person wrote that he has been known to be almost combative over situations in the workplace. In correspondence with our company, he included statements like: follow my demands and this will end and Why would you want to go through that agony? We believe this individual could have benefited by improving his professional communication through the coaching offered by our certified coaches.
