The car I bought from carhop in does Moines caught on fire while I was in it, I was able to escape and watched it burn to the ground..this happened about 10 days after we bought it...I am traumatized and have been having nightmares I didn't have time to get all my stuff out and it burned too....their solution was to tell me to find another way to get to work a d to put us in a 16 year old car that had service lights coming on the first day we had it.

They didn't "put you" into a 16 year old car. YOU agreed to buy a 16 year old car! I suspect you bought the car "As Is", in which case YOU would have signed a disclosure sheet.
