Carhop/interstate auto group/uac Rip off! Scam! Saint Joseph MO National wide
I was an employee for Carhop @ the store located in Saint Joseph Mo. I bought a Vehichle because I thought or figured it'd help me believe in the program. Come to find out my vehichle that I bought SHOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED INSPECTION. 1 month in, transmission slipped. (Also wheel barring) which they did not fix.! A month ago, I took it in, and it was so bad, the mechanic said that I'm lucky to be alive as well as my daughter that is three. I paid 10,000 for a vehichle that couldn't even pass an inspection because "it builds your credit" let me tell you something about Carhop. It does build your credit 10-60 points throughout the WHOLE loan. They will charge you 2-4X what it's actually worth. The owner Tim & don have no idea what goes on at the stores. Speaking of Don. He offered my district manager to fix my car 100% but then the local branch manager Torrie booher went in and put 50%. & wouldn't honor it! Then I threaten her with spilling all her beans on the table & going to the BBB WHICH I PLAN TO DO AS WELL AS EVERY REVIEW SITE) and then I get suspended for something done by her! This place is not only the worst place to go to for a vehichle but as well as a career! GO TO CARMART! That would be my advice to people who have bad credit.
