Carhop/UAC Predators sell lemons to black people with bad credit Vallejo California
Purchased my vehicle I was asked how many miles a day I drive to work I said 51 miles each way my sales person said oh no we cant put that many lets put down 11 miles, seeing that I wouldnt make it too the end of my warranty before a problem occurs .4 months into the contract I had a blow out on 680 in traffic rush hour I make it off get the car to a nearby dealership. upon inspecting the vehicle it was found out the tread depth on all four tires were none exsistance 500 for 4 new tires. So carhop sold me a car with unsafe tires that could have killed me. Half a month later Serpentine belt broke took to shop was told engine was no good need to be replaced, call carhop warranty they told me to have it towed to a preferred service center which was 20 miles away 475.00 to tell me i need a motor. 3 weeks later they approve the motor 2 weeks later sends it to the repair shop well guess what it doesnt work wrong engine .2 weeks later they pick up the old engine. 3 weeks later my 2nd engine was sent out. 2 weeks later my engine was sitting in a trailer right across the bridge could get to the shop. I lose my job because I cant get 51 miles in my Carhop reliable car that was in the shop 3 months then. then I had to sell my at the time 799.00 Smart phone for 350.00 because i lost my job to pay for now a radiator, I am really dissappointed during this process. no one called me to give updates any info i got was from the shop very unhappy. There need to be a Law Suite against these company putting peoples live in jeopardy because I cant go to Chrysler to get financed then dont get behind in payments they call and talk to you so bad it makes you want to just die. SO stressed Car broke down get it back 3 months later lost my job health got bad.

a used car is checked this was not dont get on the band wagon of promoting these bastards let it be your daughter or son get killed in an unsafe carhop car.

Firstly- the sales person put 11 miles instead of 51 miles on your application because the finance company counts gas milage into your budget and you probably wouldn't have been approved if you tell them you spend 400 a month in gas. we are trained to help you. your sales person was helping you.
Secondly- you come to carhop because you messed up your credit. You probably had very little down, and a tight budget. We were willing to work with you and got you into a vehicle with a warranty, and amazing credit reporting, provided you actually make your payments which since you said you lost your job I'm guessing you don't.
Thirdly, in the contract you sign it states specifically what is covered under warranty. engine, transmission, drive train. You buy a used car you ARE GOING to have problems wtih it whether it is financed or not. That is why WE cover all the big stuff. Tires are not a warrantied item. ALL vehicles are 100% safety inspected before going on the lot. It sounds like you , like alot of broke people with poor credit, feel you are entitled to special treatment and want us to fix everything for you. Not going to happen. Did you pay anything for your engine to be replaced? NO. So what's the problem?And it sounds to me like it's a problem with the service shop if the engine had to be done 3 times because that's unheard of. HOWEVR YOU very easily could have called the lot and said , hey can you let me know what is up with this?
STOP WHINING AND GET REAL. You obviously can't get a car elsewhere and now you have a car. Be grateful. If we covered tires and belts and oil changes for every whining customer you would have to pay for engines, transmissions etc out of your own pocket. and you made the choice to buy new tires instead of gently used ones. You can buy 4 gently used tires for $100 .
Would you rather cover for the little things like tires, or have to replace a 2000 transmission on your own?
Catch up on your payments and get your credit built up so you can go buy a new car or you will run into the same problems you have with another used car in a few years.
