Bought a Vacation package that was misrepresented by the sales agent. I was contacted by Caribbean cruise line sales representative on March 19 2014 with an exclusive vacation package offer for 2 people that I can use anytime within 18 months of purchase. I was told that the package will include Round trip flights. One week free car rental. 2 nights at Ramada resort Fort Lauderdale with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. 2 nights at Caribbean cruise ocean view room with food and entertainment included. $50 voucher worth of gambling money. 2 Nights stay at Grand Lucayan Bahamas. The vacation sounded like a great deal so I bought it. I paid $393 on 03/19/14 and made additional monthly payments of $65.33 for 6 months from April 2014 to September 2014 for the grand total of $784.98 On 12/28/14 I call to reserve my vacation and I was outraged to find out that the flights are no longer included in the package and I was told I'm going to have to pay additional fees at the cruise and pay for parking. I also had to do a five hour timeshare tour in Fort Lauderdale. Non of this was mentioned when I bought the package on march 19 2014. As you can imagine I was very upset I wanted to cancel and get a refund but I was told there were no refunds. After doing some research online I found out that a lot of people were tricked into buying these packages and not getting what they paid for. their were plenty of Ripoff Reports and scam reports concerning this business.
