So what you are saying is that you tried to scam the cruise ship out of the fare? Then you want to report them to the authorities....I'm wishing you the best of luck in that endeavor.

still haven't gotten the corporate number for ramada and the porthole magazine..honestly haven't had time but as soon as i do and talk to them ill add another update letting yall know what they say. Lucky i gave them a pre-paid creidit card number that did not have enough money on it for them to deduct from it. After looking around this site for similar reports I'm so glad i didn't give them a diff credit card number cause they will take the money right then even if you tell them to wait till after you get paid and can afford it....i haven't seen one good thing written about this company yet. Another person posted on this site that they have pretty much ripped everything off of the Celebration cruise line.

They just called me this morning, they knew my name and the place I dropped the lucky draw(dont remember if boat cruise was one of the prizes) so I thought it shouldnt be a scam. They sent me an email and told me to have a look at their website and I was convinced by the video of Carmen Electra also with the real business registered licence in Flordia(I checked the government website). After thinking that my family hasnt been on a vacation for a long time i decided to buy the whole package of $665 plus insurance coverage. However after I did the audio receipt, I figure out that its not such a good idea to spent that much money for a vacation, plus I need to pay for a plane ticket to get there. I called them to get a refund but this manager said they can only refund back 582 + insurance because they have a cooperate policy that states after a transaction is complete they need to hold a $83 deposit of some sort if I want a refund....
Do they have the right to keep a $83 deposit in state law? And their claims about the "Best Bahamas Getway Cruise in 2010" and teamed up with Bahama Ministry of Tourism being false, do I have the right to ask for full refund since their imformation was misleading?
