Purchased a discounted steam cleaner with and additional mop head replacement. They cancelled the purchase stating it is no longer available. Keep emailing them but no refund for the additional head. Just sending the same email over and over again. Very frustrating.

I too purchased a steam mop that was returned as faulty, still waiting on the refund and no communication either, am so annoyed!!

I am having the same problem with the same item. I did pay with a credit card so i might just call the bank. 
I tried calling them but their phone never seems to be available. 

email them constantly and fill up their inbox to get a proper response, ive done this to a Chinese company and get a refund that way lol.
