I too purchased a steam mop that was returned as faulty, still waiting on the refund and no communication either, am so annoyed!!

I am having the same problem with the same item. I did pay with a credit card so i might just call the bank.
I tried calling them but their phone never seems to be available.
email them constantly and fill up their inbox to get a proper response, ive done this to a Chinese company and get a refund that way lol.
