Let me see if I have this right. You bought a car, had problems with it after a MONTH of owning it and were allowed to return in for a refund and your not happy? What more do you want? I owned a used car dealership in Central Ohio for over 30 years. Return? you must me smoking something if you think your returning a car to my lot! I am retired from the business, and let me tell you I'm glad I am. I would not want to compete against the likes of carmax. 5 day no questions asked return policy (or month in your case it seems), great warranties you can use at any licensed repair shop, simple no haggle pricing, and they will buy a car from you without any obligation to buy one from them. I have gone to carmax with several former customers of mine, let me tell you I am impressed. I'm shaking my head in disbelief that you have the nerve to complain when you were allowed to return a car after owning it for a month. I don't care if the F*&%ing engine fell out, after you left my lot it was your car, and that's the way it works at almost EVERY used car dealer in the nation. This is why carmax is doing so well, they are actually honest and care about their customers. You are one of those customers that can never be pleased, like the old saying goes "No good deed goes unpunished." As for the odometer reading being reported incorrectly, reporting a lower milage would only benifit someone if it was lowered by 10k or more. A 1,000 or 2000 mile change? Please maybe a typo, but please there is no ripoff here. Your just a lousy customer the likes of which I would have bent over and laughed at as you left!

CarMax reported on a DMV form that the odometer now reads 40,069. I have attached a photo showing the actual odometer reading taken by me the week before I returned the vehicle. The actual reading is at least 1,451 miles more than those being reported by CarMax to the DMV.
