Carmax Bunch of d**n losers, who do not care once you drive the car out of their lot. Greenville South Carolina
I bought a 2002 X-terra from Carmax last year. In less than a year my Air conditioning has gone out 4 times and everytime I have taken it back, they have treted me like crap, like its my fault they have these want to be mechanics who cant even change a tire. I had toget a male friend to go there with me because they would give me the round around.
At one point they had me waiting 2 weeks for a part to come in to fix the air conditioner. The only reason why I found out the part was in was because I finally called them and They stated that the part had been in a week ago. They are not customer service trained at all. Everyone from their "receptionist" to their dumb a*s employees are uncapable of good customer service.
They have treated like a dumb a*s and I know its because I am a woman. When I took my male friend with me they treated him with respect. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I will do anything in my power to spread the word.!!!!!!!!!!!!

..of the population are Women! How many times do you see a female dealer? Or see women in auto repair? It is not your imagination and they do discriminate against us because they think we ae too stupid to know or comprehend what they are talking about or doing. Go to the National Organization of Women and file a complaint and you do qualify to file a complaint with NAACP. You can also file with Federal Trade Commission, and your local Attorney General's Office, where there are other women in power. Nobody should have to put up with this. I understand why you had to take a man with you to get the point across...Put updates on these cretans whenever you can..Money talks, so take some of theirs, get an attorney and sue them!

why do women have to take men to buy a car. are women not capable. i believe we are and i believe or money is spendable. also i also believe what she is saying is true. i have been to car max in greenville and i kno without a guy with you you are nothing to them and with one you are able to buy a car. it is a disgrace not all dealers are like that but most are. i don't know why and i don't know how to stop the madness but hey we ladies can also spend money!!!

Try this, remove the thought that you are a woman and that is why they have done this. All you are doing is flustering yourself and clouding your judgement. Are they fixing this for free? Of course they are, so why complain. Do you think that with the 100,000s of vehicles created that there will never be a problem with some of them. You got a bad AC, s**t happens. Take it with a grain of salt, dont blame the dealership for your trucks problems. BTW, you catch more flies with honey.
