Complaint Review: CARMEL VAHABA - ZURICH Select State/Province

This entire story about Mr Carmel Vahaba is absolute nonsense, for what we have here is a person or possibly persons who acted as intermediaries in some typical broker deals involving KTTs and whatnot.

These deals are just fantasy that never come to fruition , simply because they are complicated and use the old telex transfer which may well be used by banks only dealing with certain Eastern Block countries.

I know Carmel Vahaba better than most. As his Commanding Officer during the war, in Israel he saved the lives of four tank crews, was actially wounded pullinh out the last soldier.

I recomended Carmel Vahaba for bravery beyond the call of duty.

He is not a liar, he does believe in family and is a devout and religious person.

About the "lunch" in Pedro's Restaurant I DIDN'T INVITE YOU! Pedro did! The restaurant was of his wife! If you paid the account, I don't know because I've not seen that! TO ME YOU PAID NOTHING (not even a coffee)!

On your first travel because of the (suposed) Operation that you presented you are LYING! HERE ARE FACTS!

1) To your "Italian friends" was allowed to talk with Bank Officer BEFORE THE TRAVEL! That Bank Officer is ready to TESTIFY THIS ON COURT and explain WHY the (suposed) Operation could not be done when those "Italian stupid guys" appeared at the Bank! You are HIDDING THE ALL TRUE! The TRUE is that those Italian (your words and e-mails that I kept) would come with a "Chinese guy" that was who could proceed and ... no Chinese! Only three Italian guys and when they came out of Bank (on the street) I had to "defend" you! They were angry and tried to give you some punchs! Pedro saw all but another guy (my friend) saw also. Pedro died but I've, Manuel ready to testify this, also! Those "mafiosi" were ... your friends ... trying to cheat THE BANK! You lost nothing, as you say, because you ... had nothing as was PROVED at meeting INSIDE OF BANK UPFRONT OF BANK OFFICER! Don't LIE! 2) After that "clownship" you went away! Later, Dr. Fernando told you that ANOTHER BANK, in Lisbon, (it was Dr. Fernando Sousa and NOT ME who told you) MAYBE (I HEARD HE SAYING ... MAYBE) could help you! You asked for payment of your travel (I have PROOFS THAT WE PAID) AND HOTEL 5 STARS! I HAVE PROOFS THAT WE (Pedro, Fernando and myself) PAYED ALL TO YOU! You have travelled to Lisbon, met Dr. Fernando and he introduced Paula to you! Paula proposed you to "forget" everybody and that she would make the Operation with you! This proposal of Paula WAS ACCEPETED BY YOU and Dr. Fernando gave to me a copy of a tape record wher YOU told him that this what happened, saying that (YOU) that "later" (without knowledge of Paula) would pay to us! This only believes ingenous! You were cheating on ALL PERSONS that were PAYING ALL YOUR expenses and presented you to Paula. You "problem" is that you are not able "to see a woman"! You don't know to be a MAN! You are a sex maniac! Paula "cheated" you also! Then ... you became "crazy" and asked Fernando to "help" you with the Police! He WENT PERSONALLY with you to DCIAP! The true is that when you gave the contact of Mark Vulf ... Bank and her "cheated" you ... STUPID! A FAKER CHEATED BY FAKERS and you (a FAKER) have been a CLOWN!

The KTT transaction BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPID WAY FOF DOING BUSINESS I INSISTED THAT YOU BEAR SOME COSTS .. ONJCE BITTEN TWICE SHY.  well you failed to provide once again YOUR part of the transaction!!!!! Once again GEORGE MARTIN FAILED because you ONCE AGAIN could not check with the bank weather they have KTT facilities.


I even went as far as opening 2 accounts for these transactions in these banks . And - for what????  No deal!!!!. 


3.  I Carmel Vahaba have opened a fraud investigation at the Commercial Crimes Unit in Lisbon.  This case is  against Ms. Ana Paula T. with 3 others.  UNFORTUNATELY GEORGE -  YOU  ARE NOT PART OF THIS INVESTIGATION.  You are talking about FRAUD BUT what you dont know is that I have been defrauded!!!!


4. With regards to the invitation to the Restaurant YOU and your associate invited me.  


When you invite someone you INVITE them.   Do you actually understand WHAT this means???  Or are you that socially inept that you dont??  I insisted on paying for my meal.. The bill was delivered AND low and behold EVERYONES meal and drinks was on MY bill.  


Being a Gentlemen I said nothing .  I just paid.  YOU DID NOT TURN A HAIR!!!!!  I even left the tip!!!! So Please dont mention the restaurant because the SHAME is on you.  I have proof as I still have the bill.

He travelled to Portugal with all expenses payed including travels, Hotels and meals.
He "used and abused" of our Contacts (mine and of Dr. Fernando Sousa that meanwhile died) and, made a "secret" agreement with a woman that had the connection with Deutsche Bank in Lisbon, to "put everybody out"! In the end that woman also made to Carmel the same (when she got Operation is her hands) and Carmel (that meanwhile "disapeared") became frustrated and asked for "help" of Dr Fernando Sousa that presented all the Documentation to the Justice.
I've PROOFS of what I'm stating and there are no reasons to delete this because "answer" of Carmel is not more than LIES.
Before his dead Dr. Fernando Sousa sent to me a collection of Documents PROVING that Carmel is not more than a FAKER AND LIAR!
All that Carmel wrote is not more than a BIG LIE and I've Documents to prove as well as I can present several testimonies of what I'm saying.
The mention of Nadia Hariri in the terms used by Carmel IS A SHAME! What a STUPIDITY! Nadia Hariri, indeed, presented me to THE BIGGEST LIAR I EVER MET (Carmel). Carmel and Nadia were PARTNERS and I will ask her to come to this site to TESTIFY what I'm saying! LIARS ARE ALWAYS LIARS!

FOR THE RIPOFF REPORT WEBSITE.
My associates advised me that my name is on this site (Today 22/01/2013) and has been since October 1, 2012.   My associates and colleague were amazed at this publication, and brought this to my attention.   Thank you George Martin.!!!!
The following is the sequence of events as it occurred (THE TRUTH):
NADIA HARRIRI introduced me to GEORGE MARTIN.   These brokers introduce me to their lawyer MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA and another group of brokers.  I was looking for a bank to handle a screen transaction and a bank with KTT facilities.
George Martin and his lawyer friend - MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA advised me that they had a bank to assist us with these transactions.
TRANSACTION A
Screen transaction with an American Foundation.   
GEORGE MARTIN and his associate - their lawyer MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA sent a letter of invitation on their letterhead to the President of the Foundation and his Senior Banker.  The Foundation, together with some other Top Bankers flew from other parts of the globe to Portugal to perform this transaction.   Only,   once we were in the Bank that GEORGE MARTIN and his lawyer MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA introduced - we were informed by the senior director of the Bank that they had NEVER CONFIRMED TO GEORGE MARTIN and his lawyer MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA  that the Bank could  handle this type of transaction.
 
GEORGE MARTIN and his LAWYER:   MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA could not even get this right!!!!!!   
I PAID THE PENLATY TO THE FOUNDATION OF USD 12 000-00 TOWARDS THE WASTED expenses of hotel costs flights and accommodation  of the foundation.   THIS WAS TOTALLY THE FAULT OF THE INEPT AND PENNILESS GEORGE MARTIN AND THE ATTORNEY MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA WHO COULD NOT EVEN SHARE THESE EXPENSES WITH ME!!!!!  THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN RECTIFY THIS!!!!!!
NOW LETS DISCUSS THE KTT TRANSACTION THEY THOUGHT WOULD SETTLE THEIR BILL WITH ME!!!!!
Due to the fact that they GEORGE MARTIN and his LAWYER:   MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA could not contribute to the expenses of the Foundation   they thought they could settle their debts by assisting me  with a KTT transaction!!!! 

The Fee agreement and the contract were signed with the Investor.   George Martin made arrangements for us to meet in the bank that he said had KTT facilities  we went to the bank to lodge the contract ONLY TO HEAR THAT THE BANK THAT HE HAD ARRANGED TO HANDLE THIS TRANSACTION HAD NO KTT FACILITIES.   ONCE AGAIN INTRODUCE ME TO A BANK THAT HAS KTT FACILITIES..ONLY THING IS - The bank they introduced me to did not have KTT facilities.. they did not even think to ask!!!!!!  Idiots!!!!

NOW IS THIS MAN A FOOL OR WHAT???  GEORGE MARTIN CLEARLY NEEDS A PROCTOLOGIST.TO CHECK HIS BRAIN FUNCTION

It is clear the George Martin cannot conduct business because he does not know where to start.  
I wasted time and money on this man 2 failed transactions and I am out of pocket.  

During my dealings with these fools GEORGE MARTIN and his LAWYER:   MR. DR. FERNANDO SOUSA I conducted my business in an ethical AND correct manner. 

I brought my part of the transaction to the table They could not perform on their side.  They could not even pay the penalty for their mistakes.I had to. George Martin could not even pay for his own drinks and meals!!!!!  AND now GEORGE MARTIN - who is clearly an unsuccessful businessmen seems to think that he can do the following:
1. Damage to my reputation on a very public forum
2. Defame me on a very public forum, and 
3. Abuse me on a very public forum.
AND ALL OF THIS AFTER I HAD PAID FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!!

If anyone is interested to verify the above information they are welcome to contact and I will repy with pleasure answer your questions and give you any further information about these two entities especially Mr George Martin

GEORGE MARTIN DARES TO TRY IN THIS VERY PUBLIC FORUM TO DAMAGE MY REPUTATION WHEN HE CLEARLY HAS NO CONCEPT OF INTERNATIONAL BANKING BUSINESS.   BE  ADVISED  IF GEORGE MARTIN TELLS YOU THE SUN IS SHINING GO OUT AND CHECK.. BECAUSE HE MAY HAVE SEEN IT LAST WEEK!!!!!
In conclusion anyone doing this type of business with George Martin does so at his own peril.  Check and double check anything this man tells you he clearly does not have an idea of what real business is.   
In retrospect - GEORGE MARTIN owes me money and being the Gentlemen that I am I would never even consider asking for it  After all is said and done .. my experience with GEORGE MARTIN was another university degree.. HOW THE OTHER HALF DO BUSINESS!!!!

There is no point to continue a business relationship with a dead beat so I cut all ties.. 
So with all the above information at your disposal I require you to remove this vexatious article of your website forthwith and immediately.   WITHIN THE NEXT 12 HOURS.    These false accusations from your accomplice are litigious and unfounded.    For a MEASLEY USD $2 000 -00 you would stoop this low and scrape the barrel..  Where you could easily - well on  second thoughts ..maybe not that easily sell your body on the street corner for USD 5-000!!!!!  ]

Lets face it - your accomplice George Martin is working with your other accomplice.an attorney !!!!!  And his attorney cant step in and resolve the issues???????? The complainant has the audacity to raise unsubstantiated claims that are false and untrue and contrary to the truth THREE YEARS AFTER THE EVENT!!!!!!   why did he not take his case to the ICC if he could not use his lawyer.????  Since we signed an agreement under the law he could easily go to ICC and Interpol to investigate the matter.  The mere fact that he did not do this begs the question why not???  AND YOU THE WEBSITE HOST WHY DO YOU NOT ASK YOUR SO CALLED MANY COMPLAINANTS TO ASK THE AUTHORITIES TO INVESTIGATE MATTERS IN A MORE FORMAL WAY INSTEAD OF SUBJECTING INNOCENT PEOPLE TO THIS KIND OF PUBLIC ABUSE????  

I reserve my right to counter claim against of GEORGE MARTIN and HIS ACCOMPLICE - the HOST OF THIS WEBSITE for monetary damages of an amount of no less than UNITED STATES DOLLARS 50 MILLION for pain of mind, defamation of character, damaging my person and my image,   pain and suffering.    CARMEL  V ALLEGRE HORIZONTE.
