Carmen AKA Victoria used and abused a friend of mine and is very violent. She stole a child and is using the child as well as parentally alienating another mans little boy. She is a Colombian Indian that can not understand what kidnapping and child trafficking is. Her religion allows her and her family to do very bad things to others.
