Carol Pennington is a fake estate agent. She advertises on different websites online in spanish and english pretending to rent vacation flats. We sent her a deposit of 1000 Euros for a flat rental in Teneriffe Spain and after getting the deposit she sent us fake rental contracts. When we arrived at the location the hotel office never heard of her and told us several other people were scammed as well. I did a reverse lookup on google using her profile picture and found her real name online but she keeps blocking my requests.

I have spent three bad days worrying about this "defamation" Report. There are a few comments I woud like to make concerning the person who reported me. The Report says he is from "London Prince Edward Island United Kingdom". Where is that? Is he from London or from Prince Edward Island which is an island off Canada? Secondly, why didn´t he go to the Police as they would have invesigated the matter. He must have transferred the money to a bank account. This could be traced and justified that I am neither a client of that bank nor the holder of that account. This person says that "carol" has several web pages, both in English and Spanish. I have consulted Google and found several pages (in English and Spanish) concerning rental accommodation in Tenerife that have "carol + a number" which could be a reference to refer to when contacting the estate agency. I hereby confirm that I have nothing whatsoever to do with this matter or the web pages. My only hope is that the person who reported me will go to the Police and ask them to investigate thereby clearing my name. Also that when he clarifies the matter he will put a message on this page saying he had made a mistake by naming me. signed: Carol Alida Pennington

I received a message from Akshay Kumar, who lives in Chandigarh India, giving me the link to this post. (He sent me a friend request on Facebook 2 or 3 days ago but I didn´t accept because I don´t know him. Now I look for his facebook but he seems to have blocked me). I have sent this link to "Policias UNICOPS" for them to investigate because this has nothing to do with me. The photos are of me and my facebook profile but I have no business nor have I any connection with any business. I am 76 years old and live a quiet retirement in Tenerife. I want this post deleted as soon as possible before it causes any damage to my reputation. I am willing to give you any information you need about myself and I have nothing against you investigating me if it will help you realise that I have absolutely nothing to do with this matter.
