Carolina Marine and Cycle Ron Thompson They Advertised marine part on ebay.I paid by paypal. No part came and outside of paypal 42 days. Matthews, North Carolina
Ron Thompson ( Ebay member boathead 1958) from Carolina Marine and Cycle had a marine part advertised on Ebay. After some correspondence through Ebay, Ron emailed me direct with invoice. Believing that as part was advertised on ebay and correspondence had been through ebay and with a 99.8% positive feedback rating I continued transaction. Also, I paid the
$475.00 via paypal so I thought it would be safe to proceed. At the time I did not know that the paypal protection was only for a limited time of 42 days. I had allowed some time for shipping from America to Australia but became suspicious when no
postage tracking information was supplied when requested from Ron.
Basically, Ron does transaction outside of ebay so buyer has no comeback and also Ron gives many excuses for delay in delivery so enough time passes to go outside of the paypal protection period so buyer has no comeback through paypal.
Ron took my money, I did not receive the part and now he never responds to emails etc.
Ron Thompson (Carolina Marine and Cycle) is a rip off, thief and a fraudster.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON OR BUSINESS.

This guy must be a real "a-hole" complainer. I have never had anything but excellent business, communication, prices, service, etc.. from Carolina Marine and Cycle. They are Wonderful there. Always had and continue to have the absolute best service, for over 6 years.

I have bought engines and engine parts from this company for over 6 years. Mr. Thompson has always returned my calls and emails. Check out his rating on ebay. Super-Seller with 100% satisfaction. Have never had an issue with money, refunds, communication, etc.. I Highly recommend this business. Do not trust the Aussie who wrote this bad report.
