I have stayed at Carols Furnished Rentals location at Dundas & Dufferin. The suite was very clean and as expected, The pictures emailed identical to what I saw when I arrived. my stay was pleasant and I followed the strict checkout policy which was a bit cumbersome but needless to say, I return the suite just as it was given to me and my security deposit was returned to me via email interac transfer within 5 days.

Carol's Furnished Rentals is a registered Canadian Corporation providing fully furnished accommodations to an international clientele. We have over 10 location in the Greater Toronto Region. Please visit our website at www.carolsfurnishedrentals.com, to view all of our properties.
We have had over four thousand guests come through our facilities, with only one false complaint. We are here to provide an alternative to your hotel experience. This is a testament to the excellent service we have provided thus far.
Our foreign clientele are looking for an alternative to a hotel with a fully equipped kitchen. Our policies are made apparent to our guest before they reserve any of our suites.
Karen Louise ****, of Yellowknife Yukon Territories, reserved one of Dundas Street suites for a month agreeing to our policies and fees. Ms **** left early because she did not have sufficient funds on arrival. Ms. **** admitted that she left the suite with garbage and filth because she thought our $70 cleaning fee was too much.
We are able to keep our cleaning fee and security deposit at a minimum because our valued guest have respected our property and have followed our checkout rules. Our checkout policey is listed below and all our guest have to agree to these polices and sign that they have read and accepted these policies. Ms. **** signed that she read and agree to follow our conditions upon departure.
This is the same individual who has made a false report to the Better Business Bureau.
Sorry Karen Louise **** we are not looking for guests like you who disrespect our facilities, refuse to clean your mess and use social media to perpetrate lies. You are the type of local tenant that every landlord must never rent to.
The relationship did not start off very well since, Karen did not have sufficient funds on arrival to satisfy the outstanding balance. We tried to help her by allowing her to stay three nights until she could find suitable housing.
We stand behind our policies and our reputation. Your security deposit is returned to you if you leave the property in an acceptable condition. These are the rules that Ms. **** agreed to then refused to follow after threatening us to file a bad review.
