CAROLVIDTUT.COM, AMAZON 53 , AMAZON TECHNOLIGIES, INC failed to refund my money and it has been 6 weeks
I ordered their product on 1/1/2019 an cancelled it on 1/1/2019. they advised me after a phone call that the money had been refunded and would appear in muy acount within 7-10 business days. i waited the alloted time and no deposit in my acount. i called the bank to make sure. they advised no deposit for that amount or no deposit for any amount from that company.
I called the company again and they wanted me to get the bank on the phone . my bank does not participate in 3 party calls or call companies. they would not accept this and said they needed to talk to the bank, but they would not call the bank. eventually they agreed to expidite the refund and i was to wait another 7-10 business days.
I waited and no refund. i called again and the same dialogue. that has been repeated several more times. on 02/13/2019 i received a phone call saying that i needed to call 289-224-9816 to claim my refund. i call and the phone is disonnected every time.
I called the original number of 866-697-1626 again and was informed the deposit has been made i need to wait 7-10 business days. if i object and say this has been going on for over a month, the agent hangs up.

the web site is easykits.org...........the e-MAIL IS [email protected]. I have tried to speak with the supervisor, a woman named Ann Berlini she if never avaliable. none of the agents i speak with will let me talk to the "billing department". i have a feeling there is no such department. all of the agents are foriegn speaking and hard to understand.
I have called at least 3 times a week for the past 2 months and still no refund. I will continue to call untill they get so tired of me that they give me the refund just to be rid of me.
I have informed them that I made a report with this site and got no response.
Today I called again and was told that they are waiting to hear back from my bank that i have not received the refund. My bank advised me they have not spoken to anyone from this site about my account. This is not their policy to talk to outside companies about customers accounts.
So what it boils down to is this site takes your money and delivers nothing. They are a scam, do not fall for it.
