Carolyn Young, Remax Duel Agent Charles Town West Virginia
Carolyn Young, of Remax was our duel agent that recommended Chad Johnson of Builders Unlimited, Inc. of Charles Town WV, to do our build of our retirement home in Shannondale WV. She has been clueless to fundamental building procedures, and totally useless! She did not do any due diligence investing before her recommending Chad Johnson! We put a lot of trust in Carolyn's recommendation due to her profession and knowledge of Chad's work! We were wrong and have paid a huge price in Time and MoneY! Time is of essence when you are a senior citizen! Look Chad Johnson, Builders Unlimited in court records! It was a disaster from the beginning to the end, one year later, her reply was "I am sorry!" Carolyn was NOT in any fashion Qualified or knowledgable to recommend Chad! Carolyn, in the future, arm yourself with knowledge before recommending a builder to anyone, THE LIABILITY IS HUGE, and ignorance does not hold up in court! Chad is only capable of building his own demise! Carolyn said, "The best thing to do is have chad and you add up all that is due on the home and for his time and contract another builder to finish this project." Chad fraudulently misappropriated money entrusted for our build, did not pay subcontractors and he tried to extort unearned funds! One year of horror, no house and our money gone!
