Carousel Checks Do Not Do Business With this Company Bridgeview, Illinois
Do not be fooled by this company's professional-looking website and glossy photos. This is a shady basement operation looking to cheat you out of your money. I shopped around on Google looking for the best prices on checks was was surprised to see Carousel Checks offering them for so low. Well, you get what you pay for.
The product you actually receive is shoddy quality compared to the photos on the website.
The paper quality is thin and flimsy, and they seem to have been printed on an InkJet printer - could've done it myself. My checks were printed with multiple errors and the company's customer service refused to fix them, blaming the mistakes on me. Their website is difficult to navigate and does not show the actual placement of numbers or accurately allow you to preview the product you will receive, as meticulously as I entered my bank account information. This makes it easy for them to say it's not their fault when checks are printed with errors.
Customer service was incredibly obnoxious and unhelpful. I will never deal with this company again. They have multiple complaints against them at the Better Business Bureau and now I understand why. AVOID! I lost $20 that could've been better spent elsewhere.
