Carousel Checks not worth it in the age of identity theft Crestwood Illinois
Like other people who have written about Carousel Checks, I was attracted by the low price. After dealing with this company, I now realize that checks, while seemingly a standard item, actually should be treated with more sensitivity.
Here is my story. When the checks were printed, they were sent to the wrong address, but they had the right address on file when I called, so it clearly was not due to my error when I ordered them.
It took about two months for my checks to actually arrive, and I have no idea how many checks were printed up and sent out to wrong addresses. I'm sure this happened at least once, and possibly twice.
This is a dangerous company to work with. Checks are too important to be bid to the cheapest company. I wish I had read the Rip Off Report before dealing with them, and gone with WalMart like one of the fellow unhappy customers suggested.

Without any details, it is extremely hard to know exactly what the customer is referring to. We have many systems in place to insure that the product is properly packaged and shipped to our customers correct addresses.
When the product leaves our facilities, it is in the Post Offices or UPSs hands. We make our shipping labels to their specifications, and do everything to insure that the customers product is delivered to the proper address, however we do not control the Post Office or UPS, and mistakes can be made.
When a problem happens with an order, we do everything we can to insure the customer receives replacement products as quickly as possible.
