carpaintonline Charged my order to my credit card, but did not ship product Pennsylvania
I ordered a quart of Urethane Base Coat on 2/10/16 from ntOnline and put it on my credit card. I never got confirmation of the order and called them at 215-343-7511, requesting cancellation. I noted on my credit card invoice the charge from BDS Finishes. I contacted them and talked to someone on 3/18/16. We have not seen a credit to our account and cannot reach anyone at the phone number.
