I was hired by this father and son scam team it remove water from their home on 2003 iron ore. These guys got me and my crew over there and we did our job for a week. Spent a lot of time with his adjuster making sure they didn't miss anything. They got their insurance company to make the check out to them and never paid us the 2,814.00 they owe us. These felons need to be locked up and stopped. They will keep taking advantage of hard working people untill they are put behind bars.

Clay your problem is not with me or carportsunlimited I did not hire you or c&l construction and mitigation I am simply a third party who was called in to get rid of you and your company after the theft of property took place. it is not up to me if u ever get paid it is up to the judge . I have contacted the police again today about your threats with the gun . As for my company carportsunlimited our references go unspoken and are welcome to be contacted at anytime by any prospective customer . Good luck to you and once again you have never met me or anyone who represents carportsunlimited at any time

James Jr or who ever you call yourself, you and your daddy should be ashamed of yourselves. You two give a bad name to hard working Americans who actually work for a living. People can just look at these reports for themselves and run as fast as they can from you two. By the way everyone if your ever in huffman tx, DON'T buy any kind of food from jimmys fake pit bbq, I killed rats in that so called meat truck. Don't say I didn't warn you about these two. Jr. I hope you never steal or work again in America. There looking for top-off artists down south, like Mexico, God bless you and hope yall change your ways, I believe that almost everyone deserves a second chance.o

In reference to the report that u posted about my company is the furthest from the truth .you have never even met me or anyone one who represents my company . The situation we have is that u were hired by my 73 year old father to do a job for him at his residence . You went to his residence started the project u tore out less than five foot of carpet one toilet and broke a sink that was the extent of your labor on his project .there was 1700 in cash and several thousand dollars worth of sterling silver stolen from the exact area u were working in . My dad called me about this and asked me to handle it as he was afraid of you do to his age and your anger when he approached u about u and or tour help stealing the belongings a police investigation is on going as you are aware he has video all over the property . Clay Mullen I told u if u would produce me any kind of contract or agreement with dollar amount on it that I would review them and if after the police investigation you had any money due I would pay you .all I have ever asked you to do was Keep the facts straight I james dampier nor carportsunlimited unlimited have ever even met you or agreed to do any business with you or your company
