carribean isles ralph hoffman ripped off 1,000 dollars in deposit after living in house for 5 months fabricated damages and ended up paying for owners old appliances both damschroeder and hoffman partners in ripping off tenants largo Florida
RALPH HOFFMAN AND A SILENT PARTNER NAMED THERESA DAM SCHROEDER HAVE A SCAM TO RIP OFF TENANTS AT THE CARRIBEAN ISLES OVER 55 PARK IN LARGO FLA they TAKE lARGE DEPOSITS THEN PROMISE RETURN OF DEPOSIT AFTER A 5 MONTH RENTAL THEN STEAL THE MONEY TO REPAIR APPLIANCES ETC OF AN OLD HOUSE WHICH ALREADY NEEDED REPAIR I LOST 800 deposit 100 PET FEE ALSO pAID MAID 100 dollars rug cleR 60 dollars to carpet cleaners received nothing was verbally abused by ralph hoffman and bullyed by him also he is extremely hostile , combative and abusive and tenants and potential renters need to be warned he is possibly dangerous however it is unknown if he carries weapons BE WARNED DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DUO the entire rental is a scam and you will never see a dime of your money again in addition to verbal abuse and name calling etc etc a nightmare on wallsinham street to say the least does not matter if you are over 55 they are out for blood BEWARE AND STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!
