CarSmart FRAUD, SELLS WRECKED CARS, WILL NOT REPAIR PROBLEMS, SCAMMERS, BAD LOANS Temple Hills Maryland
I purchased a 2012 Nissan from CarSmart on August 30, 2013. On September 2, 2013 I returned to do the paperwok and the Finance Manager lied on the paperwor and did not include I gave them a trade but listed I paid them in CASH and asked me to not mention it to the bank. I later found that to be really strange so I contacted another dealer to question her actions and found that that was FRAUD. On September 3, 2013 the brakes were really loud and the car made a loud screech when you sat in the back seat, the car is full of glass from front to back including the trunk. I asked if the car was wrecked before which it clearly was and they lied and said NO! I contacted the dealer and they advised me to bring the car into the shop. Went to the dealer ship and was informed that the shop was closed for the day and they would have some call me for a apt. Of couser no one ever called after several calls to their office I inturn had to stop back at the dealership agin. By this time I'm on my 12th call and two pop up visits because they will never call you back.
I contacted them and made a apt and took off work, the service assistant manager KB informed me that the breaks were good but the rotors needed turning. They did not do the work!! Now the back is still make the same loud screech when you sit in the car, the brakes are bad, rotos are bad and the tire light has come on four time. Of course no one has called me back! I call the dealership again none calls me back. I stop in and schedule another appointment. I sit at the shop from 2:00 - 5:00 pm to only be told I need to come back to get the work done!!? I come back the next day sat at 9:45 am (RAY the so called service manger) for a lack of a better word tells him he is doing me a favor to do the work. Really the car isn't even 30 days old. I have yet to receive a call relating to the real damage of this car, they finacne companies they take you through has a F rating throught BBB and once you sign the papers and walk out of the door you are doomed and they will no repair, response nor respect the customer of any waranty they have listed.
I advised you do not do business with this dealer they are beyond a RIP OFF and all that want is your signature and they treat you like s**t afterwards. I have reporte them to the MVA, MD Attorney Generals Office, BBB and the finance company who scams with them CONCARD CAPITAL CORP! BUY BEWARE!
AS OF today September 24, 2013 no one from the dealer will call me back, give me back my trade, of provide me with a different car that is not a wrecked one. They are very disrespectful once ou sign that papers and have a problem.

You caught them in their FRAUD/DECEPTION and what did you do? YOU went along with the FRAUD/DECEPTION. You buy this junk and apparently didn't even bother to test drive it. Now you wonder why they are treating you like sh**! How about because you played the role of doormat, sucker and chump perfectly!
