On 4/6/2018 I agreed to purchase services from Centex. The goal of this contracted agreement was to set 2-3 qualified appointments per day for two weeks with merchant owners in the merchant service industry. The criteria was agreed upon to get the owner, tell the owner why we were coming, set the appointment, discuss and aqcuire the monthly volume, ask for merchant statement, and verifiy time and address, This simply did not happen. The caller would not ask many questions at all and trick the merchant into an appointment by going as low as telling them we were coming in for a haircut. After discussing this with Carson (cso of  company) he agrees that the quality was not there. The company even went so far as to send an email that confirmed the quality was bad. Their solution was to promise to get more qualified appointments. This also never happened. I sent several emails request resolution and was promised calls and appointments taht never happened.

 

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS.

 

The whole endeavor cost me $1100+ for 3 actual appointments. Still waiting on a call back a month later.

Hello Miles -

I apologize that you feel our service was not up to standards. 

In rebuttal, we did set you the required number appointments most of which you decided not to attend. Unfortunately, due to no fault of our own, you were unable to interest any of the merchants in your product. Appointments, as noted before, are "preset" not "presold" and it is up to the sales person to actually make a client move forward. Inside sales is a different service, for which we have many talented sales professionals on our team that make sales for ISO clients daily. This does, however, cost more than $1100. Our cost is very reasonable and unlike many providers, we have no minimum order. Most call centers require 4-6 minimum callers or a downpayment of $4000+. Because this didn't match up to your smaller budget, we custom tailored an entry level package for you newly growing ISO in order to help you out. 

Attached to this report are several emails that show we were very responsive to your complaints and attempted to resolve. You claim that we did not respond, however you provided snap shots of every response. What is not shown, is that you threatened us repeatedly with chargebacks as well as your lawyer despite our efforts to improve the product. 

Again, we are very sorry that our appointments did not match up to your expectations and abilities.
