Casacol is the biggest scam in Colombia. They presented perfect images on their website, but their management is beyond poor. Not to mention when I got the actual unit, it was nothing like it showed in the pictures.
I arrived at my unit expecting to relax and get to work. Unfortunately, I arrived at an apartment with 11+ issues including the bathroom leaking onto the first floor, spider web everywhere, glass missing from the cabinets. stairs were about to fall off, all plants were dead, knobs were falling off the kitchen sink and many more. It took them 4 days to repair all of the issues and I wasn't able to use my unit that I paid full price for during this time period.
I contacted Ana from management and after 2 weeks, her only reply was all they can do is give me a free house cleaning. I don't want house cleaning from a company who leaves spider webs all over the place. These 4 days cost me over $400 in extra charges including me having to rent a coworking space for 4 days, me having to push meetings back 4 days, me having to physically be at the apartment for repairs and much more.
