Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Im sick and tired of this crap. I want everyone to know that I officially am no longer a customer of Caseys General Store and I hope everyone joins me in boycotting them out of business.

Heres my story: my first getting gas there was bad. After paying for it and then driving off, my car suddenly died. The mechanic told me there was water in the gas. I thought this was just fluke. But the next couple of times after getting gas there, the same thing happened. My mechanic Steve thought I was stupid to going to same place that had water in the gas. I was angry and very frustrated about this whole experience, and I spent at least a thousand dollars on the gas tank, fuel pump, and the costs of labor to fix my car. Even Steve agrees that I stop buying gas there. I went down to the store to confront the manager there.

I showed my bills for getting my car fixed to Dorothy, the manager. I wanted an explanation about the water in the gas and some fiscal responsibility. She said she didnt care about the water  in the gas nor did she care to offer anything for damages to my car. She verbally yelled at my girlfriend Hannah and thought she was a prostitute and she said I was just nothing but a number with money to give out. I demanded a little compassion, but she was very disrespectful. She also said I was a Mexican flea that shouldnt exist anymore. I was mad as hell and told her I was never coming back and Im telling everyone to boycott your business. Hannah thought it was the bravest and best thing I ever did in my life.

Thats why I want the entire corporation out of business. The best way to kill a monster is to not feed it the food it needs. That food is money. If anyone defends Caseys General  Store and has a rebuttal against me , they are either working for the company or its their spokesperson  Bill Walljasper lying back. They are just lying to keep their customers and their money.  They dont care about you people nor do they care about their customers being happy.

On Eagle Scouts Honor, this information is correct.

It does come from the same pipe line . If some one complains about water in the tank the last I heard  the employees are to test the gas for water. If its more than an inch or more then that place of business needs to bag those pumps until this problem is corrected . The tanks in the ground could be old and rusted and water can leak inside the tanks from rain .

When I worked for Texaco all the employees tested the gas for water.

If there is water in the tank and a customer pumps gas there then that place of business is liable for the repairs on the customer's car.

Having worked 8 years at a different gas station chain in missouri I can tell you that there are flaws in your story. If a satation has water in their gas many people's cars will stop working. We had a store get water in their gas and the state has it shut down within the hour. If your car is an isolated incident,, then it cannot be water in the gas from that store. If you believe that it is you need to contact the state department of natural resources and/or the department of weights and measures. Every gas station is required by law to have water detection equipment on site and to collect a report from said equipment daily. This paperwork is inspected by the state plus a state inspector will visit the site annually on a random basis. If you believe you got water in your gas the state can send someone to test for water in the gasoline. Its a simple matter of applying a chemical gel to the tank measurement pole and putting it down in the tank.

Personaly, I think you have an issue with casey's. As for the above poster, offbrand gas comes from the same pipeline as name brand gas. Its the same gas. An amaco station on sells amaco gas, but an offbrand will have amaco, phillips, citgo, etc. They buy what is available at the pipeline

I read your report if water was in the gas tanks and you purchased fuel and it had water in the gas then they are liable for the repair bill. I would ask an attorney send them a letter about this matter

How you and your girl friend were treated was not right . I would also tell people not to shop there and there is water in the gas.

If they are going to treat thier customers that way then they will lose business word of mouth can help and it can also hurt.

If its a no name brand then us usually water downed cheap gas and I sure as hell wont put that in the tank of my 2007  monte carlo its eithere shell or BP but I mostly use shell .
