Receive email that i owed 2983.00 and that all calls had not been answered or returned, there fore a summons was in the processed of being served, and that my wages would be garnish to the amoubt of 11,000.00. They also stated that the same email was sent to my place of business. The email was sent by a Alex Anderson wirh no return adress, but was sighed by David Jones (account dept) 818-806-9002 Cash Advance Inc 8901 s wilton pl los angeles, ca 90047----I called this # the man that answered only answered hello, no company name etc etc, i asked for david jones, he said, he was david--this man could barely speak english, i have no ideal what the accent was, he hung up, then I called back, asked to speak to someone i could understand, told me i would have to prove i didnt owe debt in court, then hung up-he then test me with summons would be at my front door soon, i text heim bck and ask what state, no reply.
