i also had problems with this company I was cussed called names and treathen by them I have file legal action against this company here in Indianapolis There are laws preventing there actions I wish there was a way to give you my information where you could contact me Keep good records of all calls and any recorded messages left on your phone from these people

I have a loan with these ripoffs. I recently too, came upon bad times and was continously harrassed. I received legal advice from a friend of a friend, who happened to be an attorney. He advised me that I must contact my Attorney General of my state and the Attorney General of California and tell them what is going on with this company. I did this, sent letters, I received no response from them, but recently, I have not been harrassed by this company, but with a voice mail that only leaves a number, not even the companies name. I received a call a couple of days ago from a live person, who wanted to all of a sudden make payment arrangements with me, which they never wanted to do before. They play games, and yes they do need to be stopped. I myself paid these people $3,100 on a $2,600 loan and paid religiously for 15 months, never missing a payment. I was suddenly unemployed due to health reasons and could not pay, I tried to arrange deferments and they refused, telling me I had to pay..........I have nothing to say to them anymore and really do not care what they do. Take me to court, I will make sure they will be as miserable as they have made me. They will not get away with this BS here in Florida. A surprise will await them if they come here to collect money, that really they are not entitled to.
