CASH CALL EVERYONE WHO CLAIMS IS RIGHT ABOUT CASH CALL THEY NEED TO BE SUED ripoff Fountain Valley California
I HAVE READ ALL THE COMPLIANTS REGARDING CASH CALL AND IT SEEMS THERE GETTING MORE AND MORE AS TIME GOES BY. THEY RECIEVED A LICENSED NOT TOO LONG AGO AND HAVE MISLEAD SO MANY CONSUMER. THE BBB SHOWS THEY HAVE OVER TWO HUNDRED COMPLAINTS AS OF JULY 25TH 2006. THERE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, THEY SAY ONE THING OVER THE PHONE AND DO ANOTHER. THEY OFFER TO SETTLE BUT NEVER CLOSE THE SETTLEMENT.
FURTHER, THEIR ATTORNEY LISTED IS NOT BOB AS THE EMPOYEES HAVE MENTIONED. THE ATTORNEY ON FILE IS DANIEL BAREN. THE VP IS HILARY HOLAND, AND J. RADDAM IN THE PRESIDENT. ALL OF THEM DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OF THE EMPLOYEES TACTICS THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED MYSELF. I NEVER RECIEVED A CONTRACT IN WRITING. FUTHER THEIR SETTLEMENT THAT I AGREED TO WAS NEVER SIGNED BY THEM. JUST FURTHER TACTICS TO DELAY PAYMENT FOR THE POCKET.
SO THEY NEED TO BE SUED NOW I CAN ASK ALL OF YOU GUYS TO HELP ME.

I finally read your response to cash call has anything happened since you last reposended. I still am wathcing this company and have nopt paid then all this crazy interest. They finally have left me alone but is reporting credit report. There are a few things I am looking into the law with that too.

I also fell into there scam and I do believe in paying back what I borrow but I didn't know the intrest rate until the money was in my account and I don't want to pay them all that intrest.I was just wondering if no contracts are actully signed since everything is done on the internet is it still a binding contract? Also besides putting it on your credit is there anything else they can do legally?
