If they call your job take down the name of the person and the time of the call. Simply ask them very nicely "Please do not call me again at work". Document what was said, and then just hang up. After the third time, file a complaint with your state's insurance office (Attoney General). They will have to write the debt off, because it is illeagel to call and harass you at your place of employment. That means if you work at home....you get the picture.

FYI...CashCall is REALLY vicious....expect massive phone harassment to start. Check out the many, many complaints on this site against them NEVER file for bankruptcy over $5,000...this is way too drastic for this amount of debt. Also, be aware that CashCall has a lot of dirty tricks up its sleeve...If they offer you any sort of settlement, get all terms in WRITING first. Never, ever accept a settlement offer from them over the phone that involves wire transferring money on the same day...
