Cash Flow Generator/Wealth Intelligence/Whitney and every other name that they are calling themselves are absolutely the crooks that they have been reported to be here on this forum.

We went to their "free" seminar. They gave what seemed like some great info during the event and what they were selling was a paid seminar. They gave some crazy inflated price for the seminar, $1500 maybe, only to then say we can attend for just $199. Okay, we bit.

At that 3-day seminar they spend the entire period trying to get you to "find" money sources, ostensibly so that you will be prepared to purchase real estate with "other people's money" by the end of the seminar. In reality, they want you to mortgage your home, get additional debt, etc. in order to purchase MORE TRAINING from them. The cost? The "facilitator" said w/o even blinking $9,000 to $45,000 - yes THOUSANDS! - for the additional training.

So, we knew we never wanted to have anything to do with these people again, but we tried our best to salvage the usable info between the constant sales pitch for their outrageously priced "training". End of story we thought. Not so.

Today we get a charge for $200 from these rip off artists. Why you ask? For a MAGAZINE. A one year subscription to a magazine, which is more accurately an long form brochure for their high priced training. That's almost $17 per issue.

We were told that they gave us a sample of the magazine and that we had to cancel within a certain period of time not to be charged. They refused to give us a refund, refuse to send written confirmation of our cancellation of future charges and hang up whenever they don't like what you are saying.

I will spend the next year reporting this insidious behavior on every board I can and I am about ready to contact an investigative reporter, the BBB and I would like to stage protests in front of any place they appear in town from here on out.

My personal opinion:

****DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH CASH-FLOW GENERATOR OR THE WEALTH INTELLIGENCE ACADEMY****

A credit card number in the hands of these sociopaths is a license to steal. And that is exactly what they do. I would cancel your current card number and get a new one issued. Cancellation means nothing to these people they will still charge your card if they possibly can do so, the only way to stop them is to take the card out of their greedy sick hands.

THANK YOU! Rip-off Report Just Saved me $199.00

A big thank you to Roxanne and Rip-off Report. We just attended the Wealth Intelligence Academy Real Estate training class held in Richardson, TX (near Dallas) from November 3-5. This was the $199.00 seminar, not the free one. We attended the Friday and Saturday sessions before we realized it was a rip off, so did not attend on Sunday (today). Worried we had wasted money by not going today, we looked on-line and found Roxannes warning about the OTHER $199.00 they were about to take out of my elderly mothers bank account. We have now read all of the fine print on the BACK of the original contract, which is almost impossible to see since they stapled it to a folder. Now we will take steps to ensure we cancel the "Wealth Intelligence Network Membership" we didn't know we had and thus save ourselves from wasting ANOTHER $199.00. They also have a tiny clause hidden in there that appears to say they can charge miscellaneous amounts to the bank account whenever they want AND can raise the amount of our 'membership' whenever they want. Thank you very much. With all of the other bad reports on Wealth Intelligence Academy and Cash Flow Generator, we hope we succeed in stopping them this time. We will also make our own Rip-off report about the unethical practices of the class.

If you have payed for this seminar or any classes with a credit card, please consider the following: Immediately call your Credit Card and file a consumer dispute against these companies, demanding a full refund. I have done it , and my CC issued me a full refund after explaining to them what has happened. Good Luck !
