Cash Loan Usa is pleased to inform you that your application of $5000 has been approved and it will be confirmed subject to the completion of formalities. As per the terms and conditions of loan, your first payment of $180 is due 30 days after the loan amount is disbursed to you. The time period of paying back loan is 36 Months. Please be informed that we charge 15% interest rate on the entire term of the loan.Once you Show your intention to the Credit bureau by GreenDot Moneypak with $180 your loan amount $5000 will be credit in your checking account within 15minutes and a Text Message and a Email will be sent to you stating the same and once you get the loan amount in your Checking Account you can go ahead and utilize the GreenDot Moneypak.
After getting the money pak and giving the numbers to her she assured me that my money would be in my account in 5 mins but I had to be transferred to her supervisor to finalize the loan. He proceeded to tell me that I had to send them $180 more for insurance in case I ever missed a payment I would be covered by the insurance. I told him I wasn't sending in any more money& I wanted a refund. I was told that I would receive a refund in 3 days.
I called green dot & told them that I had not given my number to anyone and my account was $0 balance. She said she would investigate this and get back with me.The same day, Jenny called me and said that I would receive a refund from them and a letter from green dot.Now every time I call and give them my name they hang up on me. Another lesson learned the hard way. I'm still waiting on green dot's decision whether or not theyre going to refund my money.
