They did not clearly explain paying cash advance back. They are charging me $400. Month in interest on $650. Cash advance. Makes it almost impossible to pay back.

I found this on their website FAQ's.
How much will the loan cost?
This disclosure is an estimate only. The cost of your loan is based on your loan period. You will be charged interest at a rate of at least 36% APR per $100 borrowed per loan period. And, Cash Yes charges (at minimum) an underwriting fee of $15 per $100 borrowed per loan period as defined in your loan agreement. The specific cost disclosures will be provided as part of your loan agreement.
I would bet, if your credit is bad, you'll be charged significantly higher interest and "underwriting fees."
