I joined cashcrate.com and completed offers , I got up to like 23.00 pending offers which I completed fully plus I had $9 dollars and change already approved, I waited and waited and the pending offers stayed pending for weeks and then one day I went to log in and noticed all my pending offers worth $29 were gone totally wiped out and all I am left with is 9 dollars and change.

Because you have to have a certain amount to cash out. I emailed them going on 4 times and not a single response! I'm ticked big time that they scam people the way they do!! I earned those pending offers and they know it, that is why they are not responding to my emails. I do not recommend this site to anyone unless you like to be took advantage of. they only pay a certain amount of people i believe and rip off a bunch !

all I want is for them to send me my check immediately worth around $32.00 they have my information where to send it and they better do it asap. they are users and scammers so I doubt they will so I will report them to agencies looking in on this stuff!

The money in pending and never moving to completed is one of the biggest complaints I"ve ran across but it is usually do to user error. Or the company that approves it for cash-crate, is extremely slow in doing it.

I have been a member since 11-2009 and have had no trouble getting a check when I reach the 20.00$ min payout. At first I had a problem with the pending offers, but if you go over the forums with questions several people will help you out.

No you don't get rich over night, but if you correctly complete the offers, you will receive a check.

Cashcrate does not control whether offers get approved or not; It is the companies that you complete offers and surveys for that do. All cashcrate does is remove the pending offers after they have been pending for more than a month (this is to give you a chance to complete them again). Not all of your offers will get approved, and you should keep that in mind.

The thing you have to remember when you deal with these types of companies..they are basically "middle man"! So when you do an offer/survey, the "middle" company will pay you a percentage of the offer...when the advertiser have approved the offer! Site like Cashcrate get paid when the offer is done correctly etc from the advertiser....so for some reason the offer is not approved (by advertiser), not done correctly or done fraudently (proxy site etc)..you wouldn't get paid!

I have been a member of cashcrate for over a year. They can't approve offers that are not completed correctly. If an offer is not credited, it's because they weren't told you did it (you didnt do something right)
