Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company has excellent intellegent sales people. I was told on October 12, 2007, for $39.00 I would have a website and make money and have a personal coach. A week later Nancy Miller called me back and introduced herself as my coach and told me for an additional $800 I would receive TV and Radio advertising and clients were making on average $2,000 to $5,000 a month. She assured me she was there for me any time I needed her and she would help me make this work. I explained to her that I could not afford to lose that much money and I had to do something to make money. She assured me I would and even told me I could sell on eBay and it would not cost me anything. I have posted items on eBay and have had to pay for everything I posted. When I called about it, I was told I would have to talk to eBay about that. I have never got to talk to Nancy since then. I am always told that she is on another line or away from her desk and will return my call, but never does. I started keeping a log of the person I talk to and the date. Today I talked to Gab, which is suppose to be Nancy's supervisor and absolutely got the run-a-round. He said, I did not sign an invoice for the $800. It was taken out of my checking account electronically!! I asked to speak to the owner and was put on hold, finally he came back online and told me he would call me back. About ten minutes later I got a call from them asking me to join their company and I just listened to their sales pitch again about how lucrative it was. I then told them my experience and he just said, "I am just in sales." and hung up. I am sure I will not hear from them again unless I call.

You simply do not do people like this, and someone needs to intervene and shut this supposingly company down. Additionally, make them pay back the money they have stolen from people with integrity.

Polly please provide for anybody reviewing this report proof that you fulfilled your obligations of advertising your business. Your claims of income scenarios that were given to you are ridiculous. Also please point out the part on my invoice forms, or my terms and conditions where we state promises of revenue. What we have here is an unfortunate case of a consumer who over extended themselves and had no intentions of utlizing any of the hard work that we did for here. Polly let me ask you if you had a gym membership and you never used it would that gym be at fault if you didn't improve your health or loss weight? If you have a website and you don't let people know it exists then how do you expect to have any visitors? For anyone viewing this response please be visit our websites www.bluechipmarketinggroup.com and www.cashinginonauctions.com to view all terms and conditions surrounding purchases you make with our company as well as our company cancellation and refund policies. Polly posting untrue statements about my company puts you in direct breach of those terms with my company. As we clearly state on all of are invoices along with the websites, buying a website from us or any marketing tools does not guarentee results, or promises income. Purchases can not be perceived as an investment. You have to advertise your website in order to have a chance for people to visit as I previously stated. Polly again, please provide all the nice people reviewing your complaint of proof that you did that before defaming our company. With Regards, Rob Mann

We understand when dealing with a large scale of clients that from time to time a frustrated consumer will excersie his or her right to voice frustration such as this consumer has. We believe that we try to the best of our ability to educate all conumers about all of our products and services offered by Blue Chip Marketing Group along with all terms and conditions predicated around all business matters. Please be sure and educate yourself to all terms and conditions surrounding sales which can be viwed at our main website www.bluechipmarketinggroup.com along with the website program we own www.cashinginonauctions.com. Within those terms and conditions you will find responsiblites of my business along with responsibilities you as a consumer agree to abide by when conduct business with my organization. Buying a website or fancy marketing tools such as the ones offered to all of our consumers, alone does not guarantee anyone any promises of revenue or profit. This statement is clearly stated on the websites owned by Blue Chip Marketing Group along with all sales invoices signed and dated by our consumers. We strongly encourage you or any consumer not to purchase any of our marketing tools if you have no intentions of ever advertise the business we build for you. I challenge you or any consumer who has a frustration against myself or my organization to provide proof that you indeed gave yourself the opportunity to advertise your business. For example, if we build you a tv commercial to promote your website and you choose not to air your commercial to broadcast your business then how do you expect to have an opportunity for anyone to see it? How or in what way does that constitute any means of misrepresentation or fraud? Fraud is difined as intentionally trying to inflict harm on someone. We believe we do the best that we can to provide services to all of our customers with the intent to help them have an opportunity to create more public awareness to their customers. When problems occur we attack them. Just like any concern we will do the best that we can to address this issue. Again I strongly urge anyone who is reading this to fully understand all terms and conditions surrounding all sales when you choose to do business with us. When starting a business with the intent to make money risk will always be in play. I challenge you to show me on my websites where I didn't make that very clear. We do not promise to any of our consumers any guarentee of profits or money. If you choose to get a gym membership but you never choose to go to the gym is the gym a fraud because in this scenario you where out of shape? Please make sure when doing business with us you work within what you are comfortable of spending. On an end note you are not required to purchase any additional marketing tools if you choose to buy a website from us. However if you choose to do so as I previously stated be fully aware of your responsibilities along with all refund and or cancellation policies and rights surrounding that purchase. Rob Mann

I was contacted by the company after filing this report. Gabe said he wanted to return my money. I have call several times, but as usual I am always told he is busy or away from his desk and never get a returned call. I really do not want to talk to them. They have my address, or even better my Pay Pal account. All they have to do is simply deposit my money. I know they will never pay for what I did make on eBay, which is the where the money is really made. They are forcing me to take further legal actions.
