On September 12, 2008 I received a call from a seemingly nice man, Richard P.,from Cashing In On Auctions" who said he had gotten my name from my researching the web for home businesses.

He offered me this "great opportunity" to own 5 websites for $495.00 plus a monthly $19.95 hosting fee. With all the talking back and forth the fee was dropped to $200.00 plus the hosting fee and I would be contacted by my "coach" with in a few days.

September 16, 2008, before the coach called, I received a "Welcome Invoice" from Blue Chip Marketing Group. I got on the phone immediately with Richard and said that I wanted to sever my connections with this company ASAP. I was never told that this was part of the Blue Chip Marketing Grp That I was familiar with this company and wanted no part of it. He said "he would turn it over to the person who is responsible for refunds and that they would get back to me."

Mean while I get a call from a lady who is suppose to be my success coach. She asked if I had gone to my websites to look them over and I told her I had cancelled my subscription because all was not disclosed to me up front about this company. She convinced me to log into the site and look things over. The next call I told her I had gone there but didn't want to check the box that let me see the site. She said it did nothing but allow me access to the sites to see what they looked like.

She tries to sell me these packages for advertising these websites. I told her I can't afford to do this and don't trust the company and she tries to tell me how to put all my debt on one credit card including the advertising fees and then go to the credit card company and negotiate a pay off with no damage to my credit and by this time my sites would be making me big money. I declined and called my attorney who said that this would have absolutely damaged my credit.

I called on 9/22/08, 9/29/08, 10/15/08, 11/17/08, 11/18/08, 12/10/08, 12/18/08, 1/8/09, 2/9/09, 2/10/09, 2/16/09, 2/18/09 was a special appt with owner, Robbie Mann for 6PM EST which was a No Show on his part and 2/19/09 I tried to call Mr Mann and had to leave a message. I kept a journal of all of these calls, which covered everything from "the check will be in the mail on Friday", "I will have to open a trouble ticket to see what the hold up is" to "we have had a power outage and can't access my account to check on the trouble ticket."

They also took 2 payments for the $19.95 hosting fee after I had cancelled their services and had to argue to get those added to my refund. "Which I never got"

The 2/9/09 call was the most eye opening for me. I was told to call my credit card company and have them do a "Charge Back". I called them and was only able to get $19.95 back because there is a time limit of 120 days for charge backs.

I never even thought about going through my credit card company for this. It sure would have prevented a lot of stress and BS. Seems like they just fished me in until the 120 days were up and they got my money and a whole lot of my time.

On 2/16/09 when I called and asked for the refund again "A" said to hold and he will walk over and talk to his Supervisor to see what was going on. When he ever came back on the phone and said that there would be no refund because I had excepted the terms of the agreement, I said some very bad things through my tears and fustration and made an appointment for Mr. Mann to call me on the 18th at 6PM EST. He never called so I called yet again, only to be left the option of leaving a message. I left one but don't expect a call back.
