Cashnet Hopkins Law Firm CASHNET.COM SCAM CALLING AS HOPKINS LAW FIRM Internet, Internet
Hopkins Law Firm that "represents" Cashnet.com called me in September of 2011 saying I owed $1500 for a internet loan I received in my bank account. I didn't receive or apply for this loan, nor did I have a bank acct for them to even send it to. I told the guy calling I was going to file a police report and a report with FBC.gov for the scam they are pulling. They guy cussed me out and hung up.
Today on January 12,2012 I received another call from this company again. This time my loan was supposivly for $500.00. The guys name is "Mark Davis" but speaks with an aribic accent. I told him to mail me a collection letter, a copy of the lawsuit paperwork and I would relay it to my attorney. He refused to do so. I gave him my attorney's info and told him to call my attorney and handle it with her. He cussed me out and hung up on me again. I am filing another report with the FBC about this company.
