Castle Credit Corporation Rain soft lein on property Chicago Ill. national
In 2010 I purchased a water softener and financed the amount. During that year I had to file bk 13 and recently got discharged. During this time Castle credit has put a lein on my title without notifying me or my attorney. It is illegal to do this while in bk. Now it's discharged castle credit did not notify me during the 33 day ending process. I did not know this existed until I tried to do a refi on my house. The cc1 the castile credit filed for the equipment not my property. I spoke with a representative and they do not want the water softener back nor negotiate. They are hold me hostage from selling my house or doing a refi.
